About Us
Grant Engine was created to further the mission of saving lives through obtaining funding for differentiated products and companies. We are entrepreneurs ourselves and have developed a world class team, process, and results to selectively support clients as they develop products that have a favorable impact on the human race.

We are changing how companies win grants and contracts. Our approach was born from a successful pedigree of building life science and other companies. A key part of that is securing crucial funding in companies changing their fields. At our heart, we are company builders. We see non-dilutive funding as an important component to building companies, although it is not the sole dimension to funding a company.
Grant Engine principals are company builders first and last. Previous companies led by the key principal have been built on grant funding. This experience is valuable primary experience as to how non-dilutive funding is best utilized to build equity value. The dynamic of winning grants is surely valuable. However, it carries dangers if those funds are not followed at some point by equity or tangible value in the form of a development deal, or revenue and profits. The goal of Grant Engine is to deliver necessary non-dilutive funding early in a company’s life cycle to secure significant equity or equity at a higher valuation. Grant Engine understands deeply this dynamic and is focused on realizing a non-dilutive funding strategy as a means to building value for its clients.
A sustainable non-dilutive funding strategy is beneficial in multiple key areas. First, the intensity, expense and time required to secure non-dilutive funding can be outsourced to a proven, highly capable external group. Second, a series of non-dilutive funding applications further develops crucial product plans through the cogent development and presentation of proposal materials. Thirdly, the company is leveraging silent dollars, retaining control of its own destiny, and building value concurrent with selling significant equity.
Importantly, the dual-approach of non-dilutive funding and selective equity capital is a highly synergistic approach. Prospective equity investors see the benefit of non-dilutive equity and funding Agencies see the benefit of equity capital. A dual-approach maximizes funding opportunities from each area. Thus, risk is minimized. Indeed, by not pursuing a grant strategy it is possible that the Company will face greater risk than by pursuing a non-dilutive funding strategy with a proven team.
Current investors will benefit from non-dilutive funding by leveraging the existing dollars invested into the business. A meaningful percentage of these anticipated funds can be avoided, delayed, or re-allocated with the effective application of the attached non-dilutive funding strategy.
The consistent application of a non-dilutive funding strategy can accrue benefits to fund both current development and future multi-generation product plans.
